We hope you love your HiK9 purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we offer a 28-day money-back guarantee on all items, in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you’d like to return an item, just fill out our Returns Form and pop it in with your parcel. You’ll need to arrange and cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong product.
Please make sure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition when you send it back.
If items are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method as quickly as possible.
