Shipping

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your parcel.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days, but during busy periods (such as show season or Christmas) this may extend to 7–14 working days.

UK Delivery

  • Courier Delivery: £8 (covers parcels up to 30kg)
    → You can share postage costs by combining orders with friends or family.
    Example: up to 5 large beds can ship together for one £8 courier charge.

  • Orders under £30: £4 delivery charge

Our delivery rates may be higher than standard postal services because all HiK9 orders are shipped via trusted couriers.
Every parcel is fully tracked, insured, and requires a signature on delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Important information for shipping outside the UK

If you live in the EU or Ireland and order from a UK retailer, your order may be subject to local tax and duty fees.
We charge your local tax rate on your order upfront. If a courier later contacts you for further payment, please pay it and contact us with proof of payment if you have been charged tax twice — we will refund any tax you’ve paid directly to us.

When customs duties or taxes are due, you (as the recipient) are responsible for paying them unless already paid to us.
These charges differ by country, so please check with your local customs office before ordering.

By law, all items must be declared at their full price. We cannot reduce customs values to lower import fees.

If you refuse a delivery, you will still be responsible for any customs fees, return costs, and handling charges.
In these cases, refunds will be issued minus a £45 return fee.
If a parcel is refused, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage during its return transit.

If your delivery address is a business within the EU, the courier will require your VAT and EORI number to deliver your order.
