FAQ's

What cover would you recommend with this topper?

We would suggest the mesh cover to allow for airflow, the heavy duty mesh can also be used with this product.

Does the entrance stay permanently open?

The hood is designed so that your dog can burrow under or sit on top therefore the hood isn't meant to be always open. This also means that the hood will act as a blanket and cover your pet for extra comfort.

What size hood to you suggest for my dog?

You should always purchase the same size tunnel to your HiK9 bed as it is designed to clip onto the frame. In some cases we do suggest to go up a bed size if this is your selected topper to allowed for extra room in the tunnel, especially for larger dogs.
